Wyndham Vacation Resorts

In August 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Wyndham Vacation Resorts for allegedly falsely representing that timeshare owners save money on vacations and will be able to choose from many different available resorts when, according to plaintiffs, timeshare owners end up paying more for vacations than they would have paid on other public websites, many destinations not available on the timeshare owner’s website are available on other public websites, and timeshare owners often need to book a year or more in advance. (DuBose et al v. Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-1118, D. Del.)
