Young Living Essential Oils

In December 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Young Living Essential Oils for allegedly deceptively labeling and marketing its essential oils as therapeutic for a variety of ailments in order to charge a premium price for its products when, according to plaintiffs, the products do not provide the advertised health benefits. (Branchaud et al v. Young Living Essential Oils, LC, Case No. 20-cv-2450, D. Minn.)
