Sales at Kohl’s

In July 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Kohl’s for allegedly misleadingly advertising sales on merchandise that is available “only at Kohl’s” by comparing a discounted price to a false regular price. (Hennessey et al v. Kohl’s Corp. and Kohl’s Dept. Stores, Inc., Case No. 19-cv-1866, E. D. MO.)
